Mace Kochenderfer is the President and Owner of Anchor Mortgage Group, Inc. and has been lending in Albuquerque more than 15 years.  He is one of the Premier Mortgage Brokers in the Albuquerque Metro Area.  He has been an advisor to the Real Estate Section in the Sunday Albuquerque Journal for the last 10 years and is quoted most weeks.   He sits on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Mortgage Lender's Association and is a member of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors, the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Assoc., and NM Assoc. for Continutity of Care .  Mace is dedicated to educating Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, and certainly his clients on basics of homeownership, Reverse Mortgages, and the more intricate points of mortgage lending.  He has trained Realtors and Title Escrow Officers in the basics of mortgage lending thru his "Mortgage 101" course.  He enjoys visiting with his clients and spends time educating most anyone that is interested.

Gordon Mitchell’s career in the Financial Services Industry began in 1982 as a Registered Representative with E.F. Hutton & Co.  For 11 years, he provided Investment Advisory and Financial Planning Services to hundreds of clients.

In 1997, Gordon decided to shift his financial services career to focusing exclusively on mortgage financing.  Because of his Financial Planning experience, he often works with self-employed borrowers, and helps clients structure debt consolidation financing.  In addition, Gordon specializes in Reverse Mortgage financing for homeowners 62 years of age and older.

In 1988 Gordon was introduced to a 9 Step Program called “Transforming Your Relationship with Money”.  That program was later the foundation for the book Your Money or Your Life by Joe Dominguez and Vicki Robin. Gordon is one of the “case studies” featured in the book. Over the years he has promoted those sound money management strategies to his clients.

Gordon offers free public presentations and/or study groups on money management and on understanding investment vehicles and the financial markets.
